Anna, teen co-host

Can the type of marriage you are in actually lead to divorce? Food for thought, right? Are you interested to know what type of marriage you may be in right now?

You will want to listen in as Dr. Egan and Anna pair up again for this informational episode and discuss the types of marriages that are said to to lead to divorce and then what type of divorces can follow.

Marriages and divorce in my opinion are not black and white. But in doing some research for a presentation, I came across information on the types of marriage there are, the types of divorces, and the correlations. My goal is for married couples to get a better idea of where they fall on the spectrum and learn what they can do to shift it in a different direction if they so desire.

Tune in to learn:

-  the two types of marriages
      - characteristics
      - examples

- how unknowingly kids can get pulled into an unhealthy dynamic
- how these types of marriages impact the kids
- the in between categories

- the three types of divorces
    - characteristics
    - examples

Again, this information is certainly not black and white. In my work with parents and co parents we dive in to these dynamics and create solutions for change. Often this change is merely to find a way to get things done, make transitions and life a little easier, and more seamless overall for the kids.
